Custom-made process and payments

First, we will discuss ideas together, including materials, budget and designs. If you're not sure about the budget, I will provide you with a quote. Then, I will provide you with the final design. Full payment is then required before I start working on creating the item. Overall, the process is usually completed within a month. However, if the idea is more complex this may take longer.

Returns & Exchange policy

It is advisable to ensure you know the correct size before purchasing. If you have bought the wrong size, it may be possible to exchange depending on stock. Please contact me to discuss this at: susanmacleodjewellery@gmail.com

Refunds

All jewellery sold on this site is non-refundable, including custom-made jewellery requests.

Shipping

All items are delivered by signed & tracked delivery. For items purchased directly through this site, please allow 2-3 working days for your item to be dispatched. Dispatch time for custom-made items, will depend on how long it takes to make.
